Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Cooper Career Partners LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, for use of BioSmack at biosmack.com. By using the site you agree to them.

What BioSmack does

You paste in a profile bio. An AI scores it, roasts it, and writes you a better version. That is the whole product.

What you get

Free

One roast and one rewrite, total. Not per day, not per month. One, ever, per account. It requires an email address.

7-Day Pass, $7

Unlimited roasts and rewrites for 7 days from purchase, with every tone unlocked. "Unlimited" is subject to a fair use ceiling of 30 roasts and 30 rewrites per day, which exists to stop automated abuse and which a normal person will never reach.

Lifetime, $19

The same access, for as long as we operate BioSmack. See "If we shut down" below, because that is what Lifetime actually means and you should know before you buy.

Both are one-time payments. There is no subscription, nothing auto-renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

If we shut down

BioSmack is run by a small company and might not run forever. If we discontinue the service:

• We will give registered users at least 30 days notice by email.
• Anyone who bought Lifetime access within the 90 days before that notice gets a full refund, without asking.
• Beyond that, Lifetime access ends when the service ends. That is what "for as long as we operate BioSmack" means, and it is why it is written here in plain language rather than buried.

Your account

You are responsible for the email address on your account and for anything done through it. Login links work once and expire in 15 minutes. Do not forward them. If you think someone else has access, email us.

Your content

The bio you paste in stays yours. We do not claim it, we do not store it, and we do not use it to train anything. We send it to our AI provider to produce your result, and that is all. See the Privacy Policy.

The output is yours to use. Take the rewrite, put it on your profile, do whatever you like with it. We claim no rights over it.

The rules

Do not:

• Submit anyone else's personal information, or content you do not have the right to submit
• Use BioSmack to harass, impersonate, or abuse anyone
• Automate, scrape, or resell access
• Try to break, overload, or get around the limits on the service
• Share a paid account with other people

We can suspend or close an account that does any of this, and we will not refund a Lifetime purchase closed for abuse.

The honest part about AI

The roasts and rewrites are generated by an AI model. That means:

• It gets things wrong. Read what it wrote before you use it.
• The roast is a joke. It is meant to be funny and blunt about a bio. It is not an assessment of you.
• The score is not a real metric. It is a number the model produces to make the feedback concrete. Nobody else uses it and it means nothing outside this site.
• It will not make things up about you on purpose, and it is instructed not to invent credentials, jobs, or numbers that are not in your bio. If it does anyway, that is a bug. Email us.

If the AI fails, you are not charged for it. A failed roast or rewrite does not count against your free allowance or your daily limit, and it tells you it failed rather than showing you something invented.

Warranties, or the lack of them

BioSmack is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, that it will be error free, or that the rewrite will get you dates, jobs, followers, or anything else. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of BioSmack is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. For most people that is between zero and nineteen dollars. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top, and we will email registered users about significant changes. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
